Weekend in Orneta

I cordially invite you to a special summer weekend in Orneta.

– On July 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Grand opening of the exhibition – IX Exhibition of Icons of the Warmia Icon Studio and the Agathos Group (Session Room of the Municipal Office in Orneta, ul. Plac Wolności 26) combined with a concert performed by Schola Węgajty (Gregorian and Byzantine chant).
– The exhibition is open from July 5 to 28, 2025 (Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
– Curatorial guided tours: July 6, 13, 20, 27 (Sundays) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

– On July 6, 2025, from 12:00 to 16:00, Ornecki Holiday Fair (square at the Town Hall in Orneta, ul. Plac Wolności 26)
– from 12:00 to 16:00:
• Exhibition, promotional and trade stands
• Visiting the 9th Exhibition of Icons of the Warmian Icon Studio and the Agathos Group (UM Session Hall)
• Table tennis zone with OKTS Orneta

– 1:30 p.m.:
• Meeting with artist Beata Samko, author of the exhibition “Illustrations – Legends of Orneta and Dobrego Miasto” (Ornecki Holiday Fair stage – side terrace of the City Hall)

– 2:00–5:00 p.m.:
• Opening of the exhibition “Illustrations – Legends of Orneta and Dobrego Miasto” by Beata Samko (Art-Nova Gallery, ul. Rycerska)

– 14:00–15:30:
• Musical performance by Czesław Band (Ornecki Holiday Fair stage – side terrace of the City Hall)
