Author’s meeting – Anita Werner, Michał Kołodziejczyk

Anita Werner – a valued journalist and TV presenter, one of the most recognizable faces of Polish journalism.
Michał Kołodziejczyk – a well-known sports journalist and editor, associated with the Polish sports scene for years.
Together they created a unique book “Nadzieja FC. Futbol, ​​ludzi, polityka”, which reveals the backstage of the world of football – both from the sports and socio-political perspective. It is a story about people, their emotions and life lessons that football helped to understand. The book is also about how easy it is to start a war, sow hatred, let it feed on fear and prejudice, that in moments when it seems that everything has lost its meaning, new hope can suddenly appear. As one of the characters says: “something positive can be drawn from every evil”.

The meeting will be an opportunity to listen to the authors’ extraordinary stories, learn more about their work and ask questions.
