Faces and Silences – Exhibition of paintings by Julia Chłopik

06 Sep 2024

We cordially invite you to a unique exhibition of paintings by the young artist Julia Chłopik, entitled “Faces and Silences”. The exhibition, presenting the author’s latest works, is a fascinating journey through the world of still life and portraits, where each painting becomes a space for an encounter with another person or the world of objects.

In her works, Julia Chłopik discovers the subtle, often overlooked beauty of everyday objects and shows the depth of human emotions. Her still lifes, full of balanced compositions and atmospheric light, convey the intimacy of moments enclosed in silence. Portraits, on the other hand, permeated with delicate realism, invite the viewer to a dialogue with the presented figures, emphasizing the individuality and inner experiences of each of them.

“Faces and Silences” is an invitation to reflect on the relations between a person and their environment, between what is external and what is hidden in the soul. In Julia Chłopik’s works, one can see both inspiration from classical painting techniques and a fresh, modern look at contemporary art.

Visit our Gallery Between Books in the NASTKA Youth Section and immerse yourself in the world of colors, chiaroscuro, and stories that don’t need words. We are waiting for you! The exhibition will be presented throughout September 2024.
