“I’m Green – About the Health-Promoting Effects of Plants”

The Braniewo Municipal Public Library invites adults on November 12, 2024 to a unique workshop entitled “Zielono mi – o pro-health effects of plants”, which will be led by Ms. Ewa Nisiewicz from “Ziołowy Dzbank”.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about natural methods of taking care of your health!

During the workshops, participants will learn, among others: what plants have antioxidant properties, what role vegetables and fruits play in cancer prevention, what health-promoting properties different herbs have. Additionally, under the supervision of Ms. Ewa, the participants of the meeting will make Lassara paste, wax ointment, linseed ointment.
