We cordially invite all residents and guests of Morąg to a unique outdoor exhibition titled “You praise other people’s, you don’t know your own, or about Morąg streets and the origin of their names.” The exhibition is located on the fence of Primary School No. 1, at the intersection of Mickiewicza and 11 Listopada streets.
The exhibition presents archival photos that will take you back to the past of our city. Thanks to them, you will be able to see what the streets of Morąg looked like over the years, what buildings and places created the landscape of our little homeland.
The exhibition is not only about photographs. You will also find a list of historical street names that have changed over the years. Each of these names has a story behind it and testifies to the changes that took place in our city in different periods. Discover what names the streets of Morąg had in the past and how they have evolved to this day.
Visiting the exhibition is a great opportunity to explore the history of your city, as well as a pleasant way to spend time with your family. The exhibition is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which allows you to visit it at any time, regardless of your plans and responsibilities.
